Artist working with computer sound, video and light, drawing on the perceptual relationships between sound and image and the aesthetic application of technology. He makes extensive use of automatic systems, setting up tensions between the intelligibility of processes and the intuitive experiencing of their results. His output includes installations, live performances and fixed-media pieces.
TMTMTM is an association for production, research and technological experimentation . It develops projects that use digital manufacturing or information technologies, and organises education and knowledge sharing activities, meetings and activities about technological production processes from a critical and multidisciplinary perspective. As one of the collectives in residence in Hangar , it provides mentoring to other initiatives and creators and develops several collaborations for the production of artistic projects.
Vanessa Santos is a digital media artist and researcher. She holds a PhD study entitled Designing Mobile Narratives – Discursive Strategies and Interaction Modes in Locative Media Art, at the Pompeu Fabra University, under direction of Roc Parés i Burguès and co-tutoring of Karla Brunet. She is interested in the creative use of mobile and locative technology and its encouragement in the creation of new narrative genres. Her last work is Chronica Mobilis, an interactive and geolocated performance and game that happens in the streets of the city.
Vanina Hofman (Buenos Aires, 1978). Researcher and cultural producer oriented to the study of divergent practices of preservation and archiving of media art, and the construction of memory and oblivion in the digital culture.
Prof.Vladan Joler is Share Foundation director and chair of New Media department at University of Novi Sad. He is leading a SHARE Lab, a research and data investigation lab for exploring different technical aspects of the intersections between technology and society. Share Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to protecting the rights of Internet citizens and promoting positive values of openness, decentralization, free access and exchange of knowledge, information and technology.
