The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology, (FECYT), is a public sector foundation within the Spanish Economic and Competitiveness Ministry. Their mission is to promote science, technology and innovation, promote their integration and approach to society, and also to answer the necessities of the Spanish System of Science, Technology and Business (SECTE).
FECYT works to make visible Spanish scientific projects, the people involved, the discoveries, the history and scientific tools. It spreads Spanish science and aims to raise the interest of Spanish society and Spanish people on it.
