Faboratory participates in the workshop 3D Open Source and sustainable technologies at Aalto University, Helsinki

The objective of the workshop is to discuss key issues that make an Open Source initiatives feasible, successful and sustainable. The discussion topics are among others: organisational perspectives and project management; how licenses, patents, and copyrights (or lack of) influence Open Source methodology; measuring the cost of development in short-term and long-term perspectives,challenges in the implementation of projects; and evaluation and critical analysis: benchmarking of tools and technologies for future applications.
